AECIPP (Association of Companies of the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex) is a non-profit organization with the aim of supporting and promoting the sustainable development of Industry and of the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex.

Founded on September 30, 2015, AECIPP works through the collaboration of its members and partners, with a focus on communication and interaction with Communities, Companies Government and Academia.

The association is mostly made up of anchor companies, those capable of generating supply chains that promote the development of the Pecém region. The companies are divided into three categories: Sustaining Members, Contributing Members and Founding Members.

AECIPP's actions are guided and enhanced by its Strategic Plan. The most recent version covers the 2023-2025 biennium and is guided by: better communicating AECIPP and its members with the promotion of natural leaders; strengthening the leadership, governance and management axis of the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex (CIPP) with AECIPP and its associates; promoting sustainable ESG events and supporting local communities; continuing to expand the membership base and the range of courses on offer; seeking balance and financial sustainability in the long term.

The world is experiencing great changes, mainly behavioral changes, which leads corporations to implement rules of conduct and ethics, an essential practice in all aspects in the cultural environment of companies and the community they interact with.

Within the construction of the best governance practices, AECIPP drew up a Code of Ethics with the definitions of the conduct that cover the relationship between directors, officers, associates, employees, government, suppliers and other stakeholders - the relationship between associates and their relations with the market.

The Association has a work philosophy that prioritizes consistency between what it says and what it does. Its core business values and principles and associative conduct are the qualities that distinguish and guide the Association.

  • The Environment
  • Social Responsibility
  • Safety in the workplace
