The AECIPP Human Resources Forum is a space that deals with HR-related topics of companies in the Industrial and Port Complex of Pecém (CIPP) region, seeking to develop strategies and tools to meet common interests, as well as share best practices and successful cases. Throughout the year, the Forum develops a program of courses and workshops aimed at training the workforce, managing people, managing the organizational environment and forming a knowledge network between companies and employees.
